About Your Job:
Assist making a confirming reservation for passengers,
selling tickets for the Airlines.
Sell and serve Customers professionally through out
telephone or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate
revenues, and take all possible measures tom avoid loss of revenue.
Assist passengers requiring special assistance to board or
depart conveyance.
About you:
You must have at least a Diploma certificate from a
recognized institution.
Candidates with 3 years experience in customer service in an
Airline /Travel industry/Hospitality will be preferred.
IATA and Amadeus Ticketing experience will be an advantage.
