[Full-time] Advise on Resource Mobilisation for EACO Projects Job Vacancy In Uganda at UN
Job Title:Advise on Resource Mobilisation for EACO Projects Empower and Care Organisation TASK :The task is to share ideas with the project coordinator on how to establish, design and implement resource mobilization plans to generate support and income for priorities of EACO projects. The online volunteer will help the staff of EACO on how to get connected to donors with opportunities or resources that fit the vision, mission, and goals of EACO and the resource mobilization plans developed by the volunteer. It is expected that the volunteer will work in
conjunction with EACO staff members on a long-term basis (a year). EACO will be able to help the volunteer by providing guidance and necessary information about our activities. It in anticipated that this will occur over email, and via telephone and Skype. Number of volunteers: 1 BACKGROUND INFORMATION EACO provides physical and psychosocial support to marginalized and at-risk women, vulnerable children & orphans, youth and the elderly living in the Mukono district through a range of projects. Our projects have people with local skills and knowledge to implement most of our projects. However, EACO would like to expand its capacity to function as a sustainable organization that has the ability to carry out and manage its projects to the fullest extent possible. OBJECTIVE The overall objective for this collaboration is to help us establish project ideas that can be used to generate support for priorities of EACO-Uganda including EACO-owned income generating activities for sustainability of the organization. REQUIREMENTS
•Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related areas from a recognized University.
•Should have at least three years of relevant work experience and a sound track record in successful grant research and proposal writing
